At the moment, The Spanish Plaza ships within Germany. We are gradually expanding to additional European countries as we continue to grow and improve our delivery experience.

If you are located outside Germany and would like to place an order, feel free to contact us — we would be happy to hear from you.

Orders are usually prepared within 24–48 hours. Once shipped, delivery typically takes around 2–3 business days within Germany.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping within Germany costs €14.99 for orders under €80 and €9.99 for orders above €80.

We carefully package every order to ensure your Spanish gourmet products arrive in excellent condition.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

We take great care in packaging every order. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and affected items so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If your order is taking longer than expected, we recommend first checking the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation email.
